2. How much does Pricecrusher cost? Pricecrusher is free The only time you ever pay to use Pricecrusher is when you start a ReverseAuction™.

3. I know what I want to buy,how do I run a price comparsion? PriceCrusher is super easy and can be used on any phone (with access to the mobile web). If you know what you want to buy, you (1) enter 3 or more characters for the brand in the box on the home page and then hit the PriceCrush It button , (2) use the drop down on the newt page to choose your exact brand then hit go, then (3) enter 3 or more characters for the model number, product name, or any descriptive term. Hit go. Then choose your item, We even show you pictures so you can know for sure you have the right item! Its the easy..

4. What can I buy with Pricecrusher? Anything and everything! We have more than 14 millions products from 100s of merchants so if we dont have it, it does not exist! Simply browse or search for any item you want to buy and click the BuyIt button. If you are already registered, purchasing can be as simple as entering your PIN. If you are not yet registered, you can quickly register right through the phone or you can use our call center. If you are buying items of Apparel or shoes, you will automatically be prompted to select your size on the checkout page

5. Does Pricecrusher always offer the best prices? Our lawyers won’t let us sat that, But we can say that if you use out ‘PriceCrushing’ technologies, it is quite possible that you cannot buy that you cannot buy that item anywhere else for less.

6. Can I buy my item through Price-crusher? Yes! But you need to first create your account, enter your shipping, billing, and credit card information. Don’t worry, everything is stored on a state-of-art, secure server! And, you can create your account in 3 ways: You can use your phone to create your account (we use reverse lookups to make that super easy too); you can use our call center, or you can visit our PC site(www.mshopper.com). Once you create your account,buying something is as entering your PIN!

7. How do I buy my item through Pricecrusher? Once you find the item you want to buy, click the "I want to BuyIt link". Then enter your mobile number. If you have already registered, you will immediately proceed to the checkout page where you can change or add new ship-to-address, and if you are buying an item of apparel or shoes choose your size. Then you simply enter your PIN and voila, your done!

8. when I buy clothing or shoes, how do I choose my size? The Short answer is its super easy! Click the BuyIt button, and then enter your mobile number. Assuming you already have a PriceCrusher account, our brilliant shopping cart will automatically prompt you to choose your size. Done!

9. How can I create my Pricecrusher account? On the bottom of every page, there is a link that you can use to create your account. If you try and buy something before you create an account, we will prompt you to create your account. There are two different ‘price’ crushing technologies. One is called ReverseAuction™ and the other is called ActiveAlert™. ReverseAuction is for people who want to buy something right now. ActiveAlert is for the patient shopper. They both can help you save 10% to 50% or more on everything you want to buy.

11. What is a ReverseAuction™? If a regular auction involves one seller to may buyers, a ReverseAuction is one buyer to many sellers. That’s right. When you start a ReverseAuction, merchant compete to sell you the item you want to buy. Its like the LendingTree® model for everything.

12. How does ReverseAuction™ work? Like everything in PriceCrusher, it is super easy. Find the item you want to buy, click ‘Start a ReverseAuction’. What happens next is awesome. You enter your mobile number and PIN. We charge you 50 pennies to start your auctions(see the "Why do you 50 cents for a ReverseAuctions" FAQ). And that is it. All mshopper merchants who sell that item receive your request then produce their bids. We even tell you, in advance, how many merchants will bid! You will see your results in less than one minute. Then, when you see your results, you have another 60 seconds to buy that item br\efore the auction offer goes away If you click BuyIt, you enter your PIN and your done!

13. Why do you charge 50 cents to set up a ReverseAuction™? By paying 50 cents, you qualify yourself as a serious buyer, And this is why merchants are willing to compete for your business. Don’t worry, we do not make any real money on this. It costs us pretty much 50 cents to process your credit card, We really want to help you save money!

14 What is an ActiveAlert™? With ActiveAlert, we send you a text message every time the price drops for an item you want to buy, You can set up an ActiveAlert for as many items as you want. And each text message includes a hyperlink so when the price drops to a happy level, click on the link and enter your PIN. Its that simple. But wait, it gets better because we send an email to every merchant who sells that item. The email notifies each merchant of your ActiveAlert and allows merchants to make counter offer!

15. How does ActiveAlert™ work? Like everthing in PriceCrusher, ActiveAlerts are super easy. Find the item you want to buy, click the PriceCrushIt button, Then click ‘Set up an ActiveAlert’. On the next page, name your own price and enter your mobile number. You do not need to enter a PIN because ActiveAlert is free to use. Then, each and every time the price drops for that items, PriceCrusher will send you a text message with a hyperlink so you can buy your item at the new lower price. But wait, it gets better. Every time you set up an ActiveAlert, We forward your alert to every merchant who sells that item. The email is hyperlinked so that merchants can accept your price or make counter offers in real time! How cool is this?
